Get excited for a special celebration of Balfolk Cambridge's first year, with a special Electro Balfolk Dance Party!

After a run of folk festivals last year, Portmanteau will bring their infectious energy and altogether too many synthesizers to their home stage for a delightful evening of dance, and launch some exciting new music.

As always, everyone is welcome, regardless of their experience dancing balfolk. There will be a very quick crash course at the start of the event, and experienced dancers around to give you hints if you want. All are welcome to come, enjoy the music and dance as the music moves them. If you have balfolk-curious friends, this would be a great introduction!
